My Hoover F5884-900 will despense cleaning fluid in the floor mode. I suspect to tube has a kink that I cannot get straight. Where can I get a new tube and instruction for installation.

Did you mean that it will NOT dispense cleaning fluid in floor mode? If so here’s a few things to check; put some water in the clean water tank. Hold the tank over the sink and push up on the valve on the bottom of the tank to make sure water flows out freely. Next, take a look at your Steam Vac in the area where the clean water tank would sit during use. Directly under where the tank sits is what’s called the Reservoir Assembly. It’s a rectangular plastic piece about 2″ by 3″ with a black plastic gasket in front and a beige colored diaphragm in back. When you depress the trigger in the handle a rod pushes on the diaphragm and allows solution to flow out and down to the head. If the rod doesn’t move when you depress the trigger then you may have a broken rod or trigger connection. If everything looks like it’s working as it should then you’ll just have to trace the tubing down to the nozzle to see if it is plugged somewhere.
Solution is simply gravity fed to the head(nozzle). A pump is used to supply solution to the upholstery attachment so if you’re getting solution to the nozzle and not to the upholstery attachment, then it’s possible that the pump is bad.
