I got a rainbow v this weekend[second hand]- was told it was in perfect working order, it seems to have suction but the water is not dirty and hardly any debris in it, i am sure something is not working right, does anyone have ideas, thanks

check the hose
the hose is stuffed up with debris. betcha or the powerhead
I recently had my Rainbow serviced by the office in Macon. I drove over 200 miles from Albany, GA. I asked if there were any dealers closer to Albany than Macon and I was told no. After returning from Macon, I later found that there is an office in Doerun. Those folks have been in the business for over 10 years and offer the same service that I drove over 200 miles to get. Call 782-5558 if you have problems. No need to drive halfway across the state to get service or supplies.
