I need to know how to change the belt on a Dirt Devil M085580. Would also like an owner’s manual if possible.

-Pull back on the clip at the top of the dirt cup handle (#2)
-With your other hand pull the dirt cup out.

Replaced belt, & roller, roller will not turn. Could it be a bad on/off switch, Roller motor, or is there a fuse somewhere?
