What is the seal located under the motor just inside of the water bowl gasket and is it easy to remove and replace? we have a rainbow ‘E’ series vacuum and can not remove the acorn nut. we tried spraying wd-40 to loosen it , but no luck. ANY SUGGESTIONS! The motor will not turn on. But the nozzle motor will run, but not pick up.
